3D Dojo Studios is a working 3D design studio and trade school where students learn real-world workflows from active professional projects.
Here you are learning within the setting of a independent game development studio. 3D Dojo creates our own video games and our staff works on client projects every day. We are actively working in the industry and we take the latest techniques and technologies used in our studio and provide that to our students in real-time. So, you will always be up to date on the most effective skills used in the 3D design industry. We even turn clients projects into student lessons. This gives you real-life experiences and an understanding of the types of requests, skills, and details leading companies are in the market for.
You’ll be placed in classes with peers who are at similar experience levels and age groups. Attend live instruction online 3 days a week for 2.5-hours per class.
Learn to use the technology of modern professionals including Zbrush, Autodesk Maya, and more.
Add on private tutoring sessions to get 1-on-1 instruction on an as needed basis.
Thanks to contributions from our donors, as long as you have the hardware, we’ll provide the software ensuring accessibility to every student.
Students get to submit their work for live feedback to level up their skills and receive direct critique.
Courses are recorded and students receive access to the full library.

Character Design for Beginners
In this comprehensive entry-level course, our expert instructor covers everything from anatomy and hard surface modeling to navigating the software and its tools. Gain a deep understanding of human muscles and vascular structures to ensure realistic character outcomes. Create game-ready assets and build your portfolio by learning texturing, rendering, and compositing images to finalize characters.

Advanced 3D Modeling
In this 6-month advanced course, students go from stylized to photorealistic 3D modeling. Turn your foundational understanding of digital sculpting into the skill to craft assets ready for AAA games, film, and consumer product prototypes. Build your understanding of the PBR workflow, lighting, and shadows. Learn to design optimized assets that are easy to manipulate into a beautiful final product.

This program is for beginners, young artists, adult learners, homeschool students, career changers, gamers, and creatives who want guided live training instead of random YouTube tutorials.

Join us this summer for a 8-week comprehensive mentoring course with a group of eager young artists (ages 7-17) leveling up their skills right alongside you.
New sessions begin June, July, and August. Classes are available Monday – Saturday.
Receive weekly live feedback and critique to improve your skills week after week. Learn the fundamental principles of 3D modeling from the comfort of your home 3 days per week for 2.5 hours per session with plenty of time for breaks in between.
After completion of the summer camp students have the option of joining a full course to continue their education.
